JJO Investments Pty Ltd as trustee for the JO Zheng Family Trust (ABN 88 525 107 792), trading as Z Two Lights (“Z Two Lights”, “we”, “us”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, ztwolights.com.au, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We operate in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
You don’t need to give us any personal information to browse the website. If you’d rather not give your name when asking about a product, you’re welcome to call us instead.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry. If you use our contact form or send us your enquiry list, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and your message, including the products listed in your enquiry.
Your enquiry list. Products you add to your enquiry list are stored with Shopify, our product platform, and an identifier is saved in your browser so the list is still there when you come back. The list doesn’t contain your name or contact details.
When you browse our website. We use analytics tools to understand how the website is used. They record information such as the pages you visit, your device and browser type, your IP address (used to estimate your approximate location, such as country or city), how you found us, and actions on the site, such as searches, filters, products added to an enquiry list, and clicks on our phone number, email address or social media links. We don’t connect this information to your name or contact details.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiries, provide quotes and follow up on them.
- To supply products and services you’ve asked for.
- To understand which products and pages are most useful, and to improve our website.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
Cookies and similar technologies
Google Analytics, which we use through Google Tag Manager, sets cookies in your browser to tell visits apart and measure how the website is used. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure visits and page performance, don’t use cookies.
We also save small pieces of information in your browser’s storage to keep your enquiry list and to return you to the same place when you go back to a product list.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on. The website will still work if you do.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our website and handle enquiries. They only use your information to provide their services to us:
- Shopify — hosts our product catalogue and keeps the products in your enquiry list. Shopify never receives your name or contact details.
- Resend — delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
- Vercel — hosts our website and provides website analytics.
- Google — Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
These providers may store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How we store and protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and for our business records, and then delete them.
No way of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee the security of information you send us online.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity first. If we can’t give you access or make a change you’ve asked for, we’ll explain why in writing.
Other websites
Our website links to other sites, such as our Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for how they handle your information.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question or concern about your privacy, please contact us and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
